On Saturday morning, September 16th, at 11:00 am. Bring forth all that is creative. Determine which categories best fit you and prepare to win the "Best of Category" or the coveted button for "Best Overall" Costume.

All Categories will be judged by the audience, so bring your buds!

The Costume categories are:

• Best President
• Best First Lady
• Best Betsy Ross
• Most Patriotic
• Best Statue of Liberty
• Best Uncle Sam
• Best Presidential Intern
• Best Rat, White & Blue Outfit
• Best Other, not previously mentioned
• Best Overall

The contest will begin after a brief recognition ceremony and the naming of the Year 2000 "Keeper of the Rat"!
